Prosecco Cycling – Sporting Amateurish Association – organizes on Sunday, September 9th 2018 in Valdobbiadene (Treviso) – Italy, the sporting event Prosecco Cycling under the aegis of A.C.S.I. Cycling.
Art. 1 PARTICIPATION
Paragraph 1. Number closed to 2500 participants. The participation is allowed with any kind of bicycle (racing bicycle, electric bicycle; touring bicycle, gravel bike, tandem, recumbent, handbike). The application for admission can be submitted, according to the provided documents, by the following cyclists of both sexes:
a) Italian card-carrying cyclists, aged between 18 – 75 years old, with valid card for the year 2018 issued by ACSI Racing Cycling, by the Italian Cycling League or by the sporting promotion associations recognized by the Italian National Olympic Committee C.O.N.I. and adhering to the National Council, only if in possession of the medical certificate for competitive sports practice of cycling, pursuant to the Art. 4 of Italian Ministerial Decree No. 164/24.04.2013 (see forms page).
b) Foreign card-carrying cyclists, aged between 18 and 75 years old (included), with U.C.I license, which must be valid for the current year and issued by their own national cycling league, in possession of the medical certificate for competitive sports practice of cycling, pursuant to the Art. 4 of Italian Ministerial Decree No. 164/24.04.2013 (see forms page).
The Italian and foreign card-carrying touring cyclists or sporting cyclists must send the copy of their medical certificate for competitive sports practice of cycling, pursuant to the Art. 4 of Italian Ministerial Decree No. 164/24.04.2013 (see forms page); everything must be exhibited in original format at the moment of the call for withdrawal of the technical envelope and the race package. This certificate must not be dated more than one year before the date of the event. Otherwise the participation will not be allowed.
c) Both the Italian and foreign non card-carrying cyclists, who do not belong to any sporting society or association, aged between 18 and 75 years old (included), must pay a surcharge of € 10,00 (which cannot be reimbursed in case of failed participation) in addition to the registration fee, for the activation of the multi-risk insurance policy and the third-party liability insurance available online (see forms page); only for the duration of the event. The multiple card-carrying for the A.C.S.I Cycling, for the Italian Cycling Federation (F.C.I.) and for one or more sporting promotional associations or for a foreign federation is forbidden.
Paragraph 2. It will be compulsory to send the copy of a valid identity document, to be provided at the moment of the call for withdrawal of the technical envelope and the race package, pursuant to Art. 38 of the Italian Decree of the President of the Republic No. 445/2000 and the medical certificate for competitive sports practice of cycling, pursuant to Art. 4 of Italian Ministerial Decree No. 164/24.04.2013 (see forms page). This certificate must not be dated more than one year before the date of the event, otherwise the participation will not be allowed.
Paragraph 3. The people mentioned by Art. 1.1.2 of the Amateurish Implementing Rules of the Italian Cycling Federation 2018 (F.C.I.) are not allowed to submit the application for admission.
Art. 2 FURTHER OBLIGATIONS CONCERNING THE ADMISSION APPLICATION
Paragraph 1. By undersigning the application for admission or however with the payment of the registration fee, every single participant undertakes to observe this Regulation and to behave conscientiously and carefully during the event. Furthermore, the participant states and confirms:
a) To be in possession of a regular, currently effective, medical certificate for competitive sports practice of cycling and exempts the organizer from any kind of liability;
b) To authorize the organizer to handle both personal data or and sensitive data strictly regarding the event;
c) To expressly authorize the organizer, for promotional and/or advertising and/or storing usage and/or documentation purposes, to the free usage of fixed or on-the-go pictures, made on all the bearings portraying the participant during the Prosecco Cycling 2018, with no territorial limits or claims about the rights to use pictures, including related rights;
d) To be aware that the participation to the Prosecco Cycling 2018 represents a potentially risky activity and therefore to undertake all the dangers deriving from the participation to this event: such as sudden indispositions, fallings, contacts and/or crashes with vehicles, with other participants, with bystanders and/or other facts and/or for accidental events, which may be detrimental to safety, due to adverse meteorological conditions and /or traffic and/or road surface conditions;
e) To be aware that the organizer is not responsible for any acts of vandalism, theft, adverse events of any kind that the participants may suffer from anyone in the various stages of the event, still remaining the custody of any objects given to every single participant;
f) To be aware that at the end of the race the organizer will make available to the participants a guarded bike parking, located at Villa dei Cedri, Via Piva, Valdobbiadene and usable from 12:00 to 5:00 pm;
g) To exempt therefore the organizer, volunteers and all the employed staff from any liability, with no exception, for any damage happened during the event as a direct and/or indirect consequence of statements, facts, circumstances, or physical states or conditions caused by a violation of this Regulation and imputable to the participant itself or to other participants;
h) To accept the unquestionable judgment of non-admission, exclusion and/or disqualification and/or decay expressed by the organizer in the cases expected by this Regulation.
Art. 3 CONDITIONS – TERMS AND WAYS OF REGISTRATION TO THE COMPETITION
Paragraph 1. Registrations must be made by filling in the application for admission exclusively online through payment by: credit card, Paypal, direct or ordinary bank transfer and attaching requested documents, which must be sent to the following e-mail address: email@example.com. Any information can be found on the official website of the event. For anyone who registers to the competition within Friday, August 31st 2018, it will be possible to get a personalized race number including name and surname.
Paragraph 2. The organizer is empowered, at its unquestionable discretion, not to admit the participants who have already submitted the registration to the event. In this case the paid participation fees will be reimbursed.
Paragraph 3. People mentioned by Art. 1.1.2 of the amateurish implementing rules of the Italian Cycling Federation 2018 (F.C.I.) are not admitted to the competition and in any case for those who are sanctioned by sporting and/or ordinary justice for reasons linked to doping, the registration will be revoked according to Art. 1.1.3 of the aforementioned Implementing Rules.
Paragraph 4. In case of proved impossible participation, and exclusively for health reasons, the paid fee will be reimbursed, with justified request of the participant including the related medical certificate, to be issued according to the provided application form for failed participation, available online (see forms page) and to be sent per email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within and not later than 15 days from the date of competition.
Paragraph 5. Registrations will be opened on January 15th 2018 and will be closed on September 7th 2018 at midnight. The closure of the registrations may be anticipated in case of reaching the number of 2500 registered participants and anyway within the established terms. It will be possible to verify the confirmed acceptance of the application for admission by checking the website www.proseccocycling.it within 5 working days from the forwarding of the application. The race number will be attributed pursuant to Art. 4 of the present Regulation. Paragraph 6. The application for admission for the online registration of both ITALIAN AND FOREIGN applicants must be submitted by attaching the following documents:
IF CARD-CARRYING TOURING CYCLISTS it is compulsory to send a copy of the medical certificate for competitive sports practice of cycling, currently valid and in original format at the moment of the call for withdrawal of the technical envelope and the race package. Otherwise the participation will not be allowed.
IF NON-CARD-CARRYING CYCLISTS the copy of a currently valid identity document pursuant to Art. 38 of the Italian Decree of the President of the Republic No. 445/2000; the medical certificate for competitive sports practice of cycling. Everything must be submitted in original format at the moment of the call for withdrawal of the technical envelope and the race package. Otherwise the participation will not be allowed. Everything must be sent to the registration secretary office per email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Paragraph 7. The Society and/or Sporting Association must disclose and make known to its members and/or associates the present Regulation. The President of the Society and/or Sporting Association, through the undersigning of the application for admission for the online registration, must make sure that each card-carrying member is in possession of all admission requirements set by the Regulation of Prosecco Cycling 2018, by stating to exempt the organizer from any civil and criminal liability for declarations that do not conform to the truth and/or for omissions and/or for the lack of required control.
Paragraph 8. The online enrollment both for ITALIAN and FOREIGN participant candidates must be done with payment by credit card, Paypal, Direct or ordinary money transfer filling in the provided gaps requested by the organizer.
Paragraph 9. The replacement of one or more participants is allowed by keeping the possibility to get a personalized race number with name and surname only within Friday, August 31st, 2018, filling in the provided online available application for replacement with other participant (see forms page) and by paying the amount of € 10,00 for secretary charges on the current account in name of:

Paragraph 10. The replacement can also be made on Friday, September 7th, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Saturday, September 8th 2018, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, at the registration secretary office, located in Tenuta Villa Sandi, Via Tesser, 1 – Valdobbiadene, loc. Zecchei.
Paragraph 11. Group registrations are allowed for card-carrying members who already belong to the same society and/or sporting amateurish association.

Paragraph 1. To take advantage of reduced registration fees, teams, societies and/or sporting associations must simultaneously register a minimum number of 8 participants to the competition. If the established number cannot be reached, individual registration fees will be applied pursuant to point a) of this Regulation Article.
Paragraph 2. At the expiry date of the special offer, the change of registration fee will be reported in the application for admission for the online registration and also in the news section on the website (www.proseccocycling.it).
Paragraph 3. The registrations will reopen, if the closed number of participants is not reached, on Friday, September 7th from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday, September 8th from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm at the registration secretary office located in Tenuta Villa Sandi, Via Tesser, 1 – Valdobbiadene, loc. Zecchei, at the cost of 50,00€ (bank commissions included). The following modes of payment are allowed: cash until reaching the total amount of 516,00€.
BOTH ITALIAN AND FOREIGN NON-CARD CARRYING PARTICIPANTS who do not belong to any kind of society and/or sporting association, to be registered to the competition, must pay a surcharge of € 10,00 (non-refundable in case of failed participation), in addition to the registration fee, for the activation of the insurance policy according to Art. 1, Par. 1, point c) of this Regulation.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET REGISTERED TO THE COMPETITION ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th 2018
The participation fee includes:
Technical envelope including dorsal race number and bike number, with related badges and strings, disposable chip to be placed on the wheel or on the front fork of the bike, with related instruction manual; race package; timing service; celebrating medal; medical assistance; technical and mechanical assistance including the free supplying of inner tubes in case of puncturing (excluding spare parts); refreshment points on the race course and at the finishing; showers and toilets; final lunch at Trattoria Crai “Piaceri Italiani”.
Art. 5 GOLD REGISTRATION
Paragraph 1. Exclusive and reserved for only 120 registered participants, starting from the first line at Prosecco Cycling only upon payment of a surcharge of the amount 149,00 € to be paid online by credit card, Paypal, direct or ordinary bank transfer.
Paragraph 2. It is compulsory to attach the documents required by Art. 3, Paragraph 6 of this Regulation; everything must be sent to the registration secretary office per email: email@example.com.
Paragraph 3. All the offered and reserved services can be looked up in detail on the official website of Prosecco Cycling (GOLD Registration). The secretary staff is at disposal for any kind of information in the office hours at the following telephone number and/or address: Tel. +39 334 2211021 e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Art. 6 MODES OF PAYMENT
It can be made online on the official website of Prosecco Cycling through payment by: credit card, Paypal; direct or ordinary bank transfer. The participant who made the payment of the participation fee, paying less than the amount due, is obliged to pay the full amount upon receipt of the technical envelope.
Art. 7 CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS AND DELIVERY OF TECHNICAL ENVELOPE AND RACE PACKAGE
Paragraph 1. The call for participants is fixed on Friday, September 7th from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Saturday, September 8th 2018 from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm in Tenuta Villa Sandi, Via Tesser, 1 – Valdobbiadene, loc. Zecchei.
Paragraph 2. Each single participant must exhibit:
a) their own card in original format or readable copy (if card-carrying participants) or an identity document (if non card-carrying);
b) for touring cyclists and non card-carrying participants the medical certificate for competitive sports practice of cycling.
Paragraph 3. For societies and/or sporting associations only the president or a delegate may be present at the event with the form available online (see forms page) and must provide the summary list (name and surname) of their own members, properly filled in with the stamp of the society and/or sporting association and signature of the referent, even if previously sent per email: email@example.com.
Paragraph 4. The supplying service of technical envelope and race packages is also provided on Sunday morning, September 9th 2018 from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, in Valdobbiadene at Celestino Piva Palace in via Piva, 53 with obligatory access through Via Piva only for allowed vehicles who provide, as a pass, the receipt and/or a copy of registration to the competition.
Paragraph 5. Beyond the established timetable on Sunday, September 9th 2018 from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, the registered candidate will decay from participation. In this case, upon demand of the participant through the signing of the online application form for failed participation (see forms page), only the race package will be provided.
Paragraph 6. The technical envelope includes the dorsal race number and the bike number with related badges and strings, the disposable chip to be placed on the wheel or on the front fork of the bike inclusive of the instruction manual, moreover the documentation including the essential information about the participation to the competition. The technical envelope is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third persons; the penalty is the immediate exclusion from the competition. It is not allowed to reduce, cut and/or hide eventual imprinted brands on the race number.
Paragraph 7. A gift voucher for Trattoria Crai “Piaceri Italiani” will also be provided, the lunch is available from 12:00 am in Villa dei Cedri, located in Via Piva, Valdobbiadene. Those who do not have the gift voucher can enjoy the catering service only by paying the amount of € 15,00 per person. The minors, from 5 to 10 years old (included), can join it only if accompanied by their parents or by an adult and enjoy the service at the reduced amount of 10,00€.
Art.8 DELEGATION FOR THE COLLECTION ON BEHALF OF THIRD PARTIES
Paragraph 1. The delegated persons for the collection on behalf of third parties of the technical envelope and/or of the race package must provide proof of identity which must be issued in copy and deliver the delegation for the collection on behalf of third parties available online (see forms page), filled in and signed by the delegating party, as well as the required documentation according to Art. 7, Paragraph 2, points a) and b) of this Regulation.
Every single correlated detrimental effect coming from the inobservance of the further requested duties remains under liability of each single participant, of the delegated person for the handling and/or of the President or society and/or sporting association referent, with exemption of the organizer from any kind of liability as a consequence.
Art. 9 ACCESS TO THE START LINE
GOLD REGISTRATION: from number 1 to number 150 (green colored number).
UNIQUE STARTING GRID: from number 151 to number 2500 (black colored number). The access to the start line will be allowed from 7:15 am to 8:00 am through via Marconi and via Erizzo di Valdobbiadene, through the control gate provided by the organizer.
The organizer is authorized to disqualify anyone who does not respect the gate opening and closing timetable for the access to the start line and/or does not respect the indication given by the staff in charge.
Art. 10 START TIMETABLE
Meeting at 7:00 am. Start at 8:10 am in a unique group.
Unique route: km 96.4 – difference in level: 1550 m
Refreshment points: the participants who wish to enjoy the refreshment points will have to stop with a foot on the ground.
Art.11 PRECISION TIMING SERVICE AND CHIP
Paragraph 1. The timing service will be provided by MySDAM with disposable chip technology.
Paragraph 2. Each participant must be equipped with a personal MySDAM chip or Championship Yellow chip, or a daily rental chip. Other types of chips not expressly indicated are not allowed.
Paragraph 3. The chip is compulsory for all participants and must be placed on the wheel or front fork of the bike.
Paragraph 4. The personal chip code must be indicated in the application for admission to confirm its validity. Possible enabling are available on the website (www.mysdam.net) or at the registration office on Friday 7th from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Saturday, 8th September 2018 from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Tenuta Villa Sandi, via Tesser n. 1 in Valdobbiadene, in loc. Zecchei.
Paragraph 5. The daily chip including instructions for use can be rented at the registration office for € 5,00 by paying a deposit of € 10,00. The deposit, less than the cost of the rental, will be refunded upon return of the chip to be delivered after the race from 12:00 pm, at Villa dei Cedri in via Piva in Valdobbiadene.
Paragraph 6. The participants who will avoid the time-taking and/or to ride along just one of the four timed stretches provided along the race, will not appear in the final rankings lists.
Art. 12 RANKINGS LISTS AND AWARDS
Paragraph 1. The individual category rankings lists will be drawn up in alphabetic order based on the sum of the set Real Time timings, exclusively in the four uphill timed stretches provided and marked along the race course. However, it will be possible to visualize also the time spent for each single climbing in addition to the timing of the whole race with category and absolute position, in all cases not worth for the rankings lists. All the participants included in the following section will be part of the rankings lists referred to A.C.S.I. Cycling categories:
Junior from 19 to 29 years old
Senior 1 from 30 to 34 years old
Senior 2 from 35 to 39 years old
Veterans 1 from 40 to 44 years old
Veterans 2 from 45 to 49 years old
Gentleman 1 from 50 to 54 years old
Gentleman 2 from 55 to 59 years old
Super Gentleman 1 from 60 to 64 years old
Super Gentleman 2 from 65 to 75 years old
Women A from 19 to 39 years old
Women B from 40 to 75 years old
Paragraph 2. The firsts classified of each category will be awarded at the same time according to the sum of the times established in Real Time, exclusively in the four timed uphill stretches provided and marked along the race course. Participants with pedal-assisted bikes will not be included in the individual category ranking list as well as in the Fun Team ranking list; they can instead compete for teams ranking list.
Paragraph 3. The first of the winners will be awarded with a trophy, the first on arrival at the finish line.
Paragraph 4. The teams ranking list will award the team (without distinction between men and women) with the highest number of participants (minimum number: 8) which will ride across the finishing line within 30 seconds between the first and the last of its own enrolled members, within the maximum time of 4 hours and 45 minutes from the arrival of the first competitor. It will be given the trophy as the winning team of Prosecco Cycling 2018 and a supply of 60 bottles of Prosecco. The next four teams will receive, in the order, 54, 48, 36 and 24 bottles.
Paragraph 5. In the case of teams that set the same number of competitors within 30 seconds, the team whose first and last competitors are separated at the finishing from the shortest timing difference will prevail the others.
Paragraph 6. FUN TEAM ranking lists will award the group composed without distinction between men and women and card-carrying with the same team, who will make the best time on the entire race course (km 96.4). The group must be composed of a minimum number of 5 participants, who must pass on arrival within 30 seconds between the first and last of their members. This group will receive the trophy as the winning team of FUN TEAM 2018 and a supply of 48 bottles of Prosecco. The next four teams will receive, in order, 36, 24, 12 and 6 bottles.
Paragraph 7. The result list (Teams and Fun Team) does not preclude the possibility for each individual athlete to also compete for the individual category result list.
Paragraph 8. Each registered team will be allowed to participate in both rankings lists (Teams and Fun Team) while still respecting the minimum number of participants as required by each individual ranking list.
Paragraph 9. The trophies will be awarded from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm in Piazza G. Marconi in Valdobbiadene.
Paragraph 10. The supply of Prosecco must be withdrawn on the day of the race no later than 6:00 pm at Tenuta Villa Sandi, via Tesser n. 1 in Valdobbiadene, loc. Zecchei, with the obligation to provide the appropriate document certifying the winning and delivered by the organizer to the secretary office located in Piazza G. Marconi in Valdobbiadene.
Paragraph 11. A special prize will be awarded to the foreign competitor coming from farther away, for having participated in Prosecco Cycling 2018.
Paragraph 12. In case of more competitors coming from the same country the prize will be given to the oldest one or to a woman, if they are the same age.
Paragraph 13. The organizer reserves the right not to deliver the prizes to third parties and/or not to send them at home; it will deliver them exclusively on the day of the race in the established ways and at the established times.
Art. 13 ROAD CODE AND FURTHER BEHAVIOR RULES
Paragraph 1. The vehicular traffic during the event will be temporarily suspended for 1 hour, elapsing from the starting vehicle until the end of the race.
Paragraph 2. The competitors that will be overtaken by the end-of-race car will have to carry on out of the competition under their own responsibility, according to the rules of the rode code.
Paragraph 3. It is compulsory to wear the dorsal number until the end of the competition.
Paragraph 4. It is compulsory to wear the homologated protective helmet.
Paragraph 5. For what is not contemplated in the present Regulation, it is compulsory to refer to the Regulation of ACSI Cycling, concerning the amateurish cycling activity, touring bike and sporting bike activity, and it must be observed by each single participant.
Paragraph 6. Participants will also be required to respect the state of the places and not to throw garbage along the roads, having to put them in the appropriate containers at the refreshment stations. Competitors who do not respect the state of the places and/or throw garbage outside the marked areas and/or who do not behave correctly and/or civilly during the event will be immediately disqualified.
Paragraph 7. In order to ensure the best outcome of the event, assistance from private vehicles (scooters, motorcycles, cars, etc.), including mechanical assistance (already provided by the organizer) following the race or simply at the roadside, is prohibited; the expected consequence will be the immediate exclusion of the participant and the non-authorized persons from the competition.
Paragraph 8. Specific motor vehicles are provided for the recovery of the participants and for their transport to the finishing point for anyone who, for any kind of reason, would not be able to terminate the provided race route.
Art. 14 HEALTH SERVICE
Paragraph 1. The health service is provided after the competition at fixed locations indicated along the race route.
Paragraph 2. The PMA (Advanced Medical Post) will be arranged at Piazza G. Marconi, in Valdobbiadene.
Paragraph 3. In any case the organizer is not responsible for any intervention and/or decision taken by the sanitary service staff.
Art. 15 MECHANICAL SERVICE
Paragraph 1. The mechanical service is provided after the race and in fixed positions, which are marked along the race route.
Paragraph 2. Any spare parts are to be paid, except for the wheels. In case of puncturing the inner tubes will be provided for free by the organizer. In the event that replacements are made with spare parts, personal data of participants will be requested and their race number will be reported. After the arrival at the finishing participants must go to the secretary office located at Piazza G. Marconi in Valdobbiadene to pay the spare parts receipt and/or return the replaced wheels.
Paragraph 3. In any case the organizer is not responsible for any intervention and/or decision taken by the mechanical service staff.
Art. 16 SHOWERS AND TOILETS – ANTI-DOPING TESTS
Paragraph 1. Showers and toilets are available at the local swimming pool in via Kolbe 8, in Valdobbiadene from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, only a few meters from Villa dei Cedri, where it will be possible to enjoy the after-race lunch.
Paragraph 2. Based on current anti-doping regulations provided by ACSI racing cycling, the related medical tests can be carried out in the areas provided by the organizer.
Art. 17 CANCELLATION OF THE COMPETITION
Paragraph 1. In case of circumstances due to force majeure, such as for natural disasters, strikes, riots or in case of suspension and/or cancellation of the event issued by the race director and/or by the authorities in charge, the competition may be cancelled.
Paragraph 2. In all the aforesaid circumstances, the organizer will not reimburse any fee, but it will undertake to keep a part of the admission fee valid for the 2019 edition.
Art. 18 COMPLAINTS
Paragraph 1. Any complaints must be submitted in writing to the competition jury located at Piazza G. Marconi in Valdobbiadene; under penalty of revocation, within the maximum time of thirty minutes from the arrival of the last competitor, upon payment of the fee prescribed by A.C.S.I. Cycling.
Paragraph 2. In case of justified complaint the whole paid amount will be returned.
Art. 19 WEBSITE – PUBBLICATION OF THE REGULATION AND CONTACT DETAILS
Paragraph 1. The website is the official information instrument of the competition.
Paragraph 2. The regulation is officially filed and registered at the municipality of Valdobbiadene, Sport Office.

Art. 20 REGULATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, pursuant to Art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree dated June 30th, 2003 No. 196
Paragraph 1. The data required with the application for admission are necessary for the establishment of the relationship and may be used for purposes strictly related to the activity of the organizer: organizational, administrative, legal, insurance and promotional purposes as well as for the fulfillment of regulatory obligations or of another nature with respect to Public Administrations or to be communicated to private parties, if this becomes contractually necessary in relation to the activity carried out.
Paragraph 2. The consequence of not providing the abovementioned data or information is the non-admission to the event.
Paragraph 3. The rights of the data subject in relation to the processing of personal data are listed in Article 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016. According to EU Regulation 679/2016, the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him or her even if they are not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. The data subject has the right to obtain an indication of the origin of personal data; purposes and methods of the processing; the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the identification details of the data controller, of the person in charge and the appointed representative pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 2; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom his or her personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representatives in the national territory, or as managers or appointees. The data subject has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication. In particular, the data subject may at any time request the Data Controller to access personal data and to rectify or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability. Art. 21 FINAL NOTICES
As for what has not been treated in the present Regulation, there is the Technical Amateurish Touring Cycling Regulation of ACSI Racing cycling 2018. The organizer reserves the right to modify the present Regulation at any time for the reasons it deems appropriate and for a better organization of the event. Any changes to services, places and/or timetables will be reported in the news section on the website (www.proseccocycling.it).
