MEMBER

· Age between 18 and 75 completed years old.

· Card valid for the year 2021, issued by Acsi Ciclismo, by F.C.I.
or by Organisations in direct agreement with the same or Bike Card all recognised by C.O.N.I. or Licence valid for the year 2021 issued by Your National Cycling Federation.

· A certificate of fitness for competitive cycling in accordance with art. 4 of Ministerial Decree 164/24.04.2013 is compulsory.

· It is not compulsory to enclose the certificate with the online application form, nor to show it at the time of the summons to collect the technical bag and race package

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Once Your application for entry to Prosecco Cycling 2021 has been accepted, You will receive an email confirming Your entry with a receipt of the amount paid. In case of missing data and/or a medical certificate that does not comply with the requirements of the Event's official Regulations, Your registration will be temporarily suspended until You rectify your position.

PRE-RACE INFORMATIONS

Shortly before the Event You will receive an email with some important informations regarding Your participation in Prosecco Cycling 2021 and the race number assigned.

NON-MEMBER

· Age between 18 and 75 completed years old.

· A Certificate of Fitness for competitive cycling in accordance with Article 4 of Ministerial Decree 164/24.04.2013 is compulsory.

· The Certificate must be attached to the online application form and must be shown at the time of the summons to collect the technical bag and race pack. (see facsimile certificate).

·

Italians and foreigners Non-members, without any Club and/or Sports Association or UCI Licence, in addition to the registration fee, must pay additional € 10.00 to activate the multi-risk policy + RCT covering only the duration of the event.

RACE PACKAGE

The race package will be personalized with a bottle of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg - Rive di San Pietro di Barbozza of Villa Sandi. Do you know what the meaning of the word “RIVE” is? In the Venetian dialect, Riva indicates a plot of land or a vineyard located on a hill characterized by steep slopes, where the work is done entirely by hand, but with a terroir that gives excellent quality to the grapes that make the wine obtained “one-of-a-kind”. These RIVE are often given a particular and local name, in order to identify the precise lot. The RIVE denomination can only be used for “sparkling wines”, not for still wines. The yield per hectare must be a maximum of 120 quintals and the vintage must be indicated.

TECHNICAL CYCLING CLOTHING

For the registration of € 100 or € 110, together with the race package, the tailored technical cycling jersey produced by Giessegi in a limited edition and personalized with the "World Cycling Monuments Meeting" graphics is delivered. The graphic of the jersey is related to the topic of the meeting that will involve the organizers of the most important and popular amateur cycling events in the world and will take place during Prosecco Cycling 2021. Only if you choose the registration of € 150 or € 160, we will send you for free at home the cycling clothing set - jersey and pants - that you can wear right away! The surcharge of € 10 for both registration methods refers to the activation of the daily insurance policy for non card-carrying cyclists and for foreign card-carrying cyclists without U.C.I. license.

 

STARTING ON THE FRONT ROW

The gold registration provides access to the starting on the front row, where you can experience all the excitement and thrill of a unique show like Prosecco Cycling.

BIKE PARKING

It is possible to leave your bicycle in the guarded parking, located at Piazza G. Marconi, on the rear side of the Municipality of Valdobbiadene, in the area adjacent to the hospitality area. The guarded parking will be open from 06:30 am to 5:00 pm.

HOSPITALITY AREA

The hospitality area, set up in the lodge of the Municipality of Valdobbiadene, is reserved for Prosecco Cycling participants who have chosen the Gold registration. Here, on the day of the event, breakfast will be served before the race start, and, immediately after the end, there will be the opportunity to taste a sumptuous buffet lunch prepared by great chefs with Italian local food excellence, combined to the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg of Villa Sandi.

PERSONAL PHOTOS OF THE RACE

In the days following Prosecco Cycling, the best personal photos taken during the race are sent by e-mail.

REMEMBER THAT...

If you want to access the hospitality area with another person (accompanying person), in addition to the Gold registration fee, it will be necessary to pay a contribution of € 40 which you can pay by filling in the appropriate online form.
Children under the age of 18 can access the hospitality area if accompanied by their parents or an adult; from 5 to 10 years old the fee is reduced to € 10 with cash payment.
Only for Gold participants, the delivery service of the technical envelope and race package is also provided on Sunday morning, 3 October, from 06:30 am to 07:30 am in the hospitality area.
The Gold participant and any accompanying persons will receive an identification bracelet that will allow access to the hospitality area.
