It is personalized with a bottle of DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore · Rive di San Pietro di Barbozza of Villa Sandi. Do You know what the meaning of RIVE is? In Veneto Dialect, “RIVE” indicates a plot of land or a vineyard located on a hill characterized by important slopes, where the work is entirely hand done but on a land that gives an excellent quality to the grapes making the wine “unique”. “RIVE” are often given a particular and local name in order to identify the precise lot. “RIVE” denomination can only be used for sparkling wine and not for still wine. The yield per hectare must be limited and the production year is to be indicated on the bottle. Naturally processed Lazzaris Bio Jam where the original taste of fruit is preserved is added. Furthermore, thanks to the careful selection of Italian Confederation of Farmers of Treviso, local food products, coming from certified and controlled crops at km 0! are included.

Verrà applicata una maggiorazione di 15 € per entrambe le modalità, in riferimento all’attivazione della polizza assicurativa giornaliera per i non tesserati e per gli stranieri tesserati senza licenza U.C.I.

Prosecco Cycling participation certificate will be sent by e-mail in the days following the Event with the sum of the times fixed in real-time exclusively in the three timed uphill stretches together with category and absolute position.

La busta tecnica contiene Il frontalino per la bici con i relativi lacci, il chip monouso · per chi ne avesse fatto richiesta con l’iscrizione ·, il buono di 15 € per il “Grand Tour Gourmet”, nonché la documentazione con tutte le informazioni principali per prendere parte alla manifestazione. Per tutti coloro che effettuano l’iscrizione entro le h. 24:00 di venerdì 15 settembre, sarà possibile ricevere il frontalino per la bici personalizzato con il proprio nome, il codice Pica per le foto e il QR code con le informazioni di carattere sanitario utili all’organizzatore, comunicate eventualmente dal partecipante all’atto dell’iscrizione.
PARTENZA IN PRIMA FILA
L’iscrizione Gold prevede l’accesso alla partenza in prima fila, dove sarà possibile vivere tutta l’emozione e il brivido di uno spettacolo unico come la Prosecco Cycling.
PARCHEGGIO BICI GOLD
È possibile depositare la propria bicicletta nel parcheggio custodito, situato in Piazza G. Marconi, sul retro del Comune di Valdobbiadene, in zona adiacente all’Area Hospitality. Il parcheggio custodito sarà aperto dalle h. 06:30 alle h. 17:00.

AREA HOSPITALITY
L’ Area Hospitality, allestita presso la loggia del Comune di Valdobbiadene, è riservata ai partecipanti della Prosecco Cycling che hanno scelto l’iscrizione Gold. Qui, nel giorno dell’evento, sarà servita la colazione prima della partenza, e, subito dopo l’arrivo, ci sarà la possibilità di degustare un sontuoso pranzo a buffet preparato da grandi chef ed elaborato con le eccellenze alimentari italiane e del territorio provenienti da agricoltura sostenibile, abbinate al Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg di Villa Sandi.
ULTERIORI INFORMAZIONI
Se vorrai accedere all’Area Hospitality con un’altra persona (accompagnatore) non partecipante, sarà necessario versare, oltre alla quota prevista per l’iscrizione Gold, un contributo pari a 50 € che potrai corrispondere compilando l’apposito (format online). I minori di 18 anni, potranno accedere all’Area Hospitality se accompagnati dai genitori o da un maggiorenne; dai 5 ai 10 anni la quota viene ridotta a 10 € con pagamento in contanti.
Solo per gli iscritti Gold, è previsto il servizio di consegna busta tecnica e pacco omaggio, anche domenica mattina 01 ottobre, dalle h. 06:30 alle h. 07:30 presso l’Area Hospitality. Il partecipante Gold e gli eventuali accompagnatori riceveranno un braccialetto identificativo che ne consentirà l’accesso.

A questa si aggiunge la confettura Lazzaris Bio lavorata naturalmente e in cui viene preservato il gusto originario della frutta. Inoltre, grazie all’accurata selezione della Confederazione Italiana Agricoltori di Treviso, sono previsti dei prodotti alimentari del territorio provenienti da agricoltura sostenibile a km 0!

ASSISTENZA TECNICA E MECCANICA
È previsto il servizio meccanico al seguito della manifestazione. Gli eventuali pezzi di ricambio sono a pagamento, salvo per le ruote. Nel caso in cui venissero effettuate delle sostituzioni con pezzi di ricambio, verrà segnalato il numero di partecipazione all’organizzatore. Il partecipante dovrà presentarsi dopo l’arrivo, presso il punto di assistenza meccanica, sito in Piazza G. Marconi a Valdobbiadene per pagare la ricevuta dei pezzi di ricambio e/o per rendere le ruote in sostituzione. In caso di foratura, le camere d’aria verranno fornite gratuitamente dall’organizzatore.
ASSISTENZA MEDICA
Il servizio sanitario è previsto a seguito della manifestazione e in postazioni fisse indicate lungo il percorso. In Piazza G. Marconi a Valdobbiadene, nel retro del Duomo, verrà allestito il P.M.A. (Postazione Medica Avanzata).

MEDAGLIA CELEBRATIVA
La medaglia celebrativa che verrà consegnata, subito dopo l’arrivo, a tutti i partecipanti della Prosecco Cycling, è prodotta a Murano – Venezia dagli allievi dell’Istituto Tecnico Abate Zanetti. La Scuola, unica in Italia, è caratterizzata dal contesto in cui si trova e le medaglie, rigorosamente fatte a mano, sono state realizzate con vetro riciclato dalle fornaci muranesi.

You can leave your bike in the guarded parking lot, located in Valdobbiadene, at Villa dei Cedri, Via Piva where “Tiramisù Taste Event” will take place. The guarded park opens only on Sunday 01 October 2023 from h. 12:00 to h. 17:00.

Le docce e i servizi sono disponibili domenica 01 ottobre, dalle h. 11:30 alle h. 16:00, presso le piscine comunali, in Via Kolbe n. 8 a Valdobbiadene.
TIRAMISÙ TASTE EVENT
I partecipanti alla Prosecco Cycling, una volta tagliato il traguardo a Valdobbiadene, potranno trasferirsi nella vicina Villa dei Cedri, dalle h. 12:00 alle h. 17:00, per un momento di degustazione, allargato ai propri accompagnatori, del popolare dolce al cucchiaio sempre abbinato al Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg. Chi non disponesse del ticket omaggio, fornito ai partecipanti con la consegna della busta tecnica, e gli eventuali accompagnatori, potrà usufruire del servizio versando la quota di soli 5 €.

On 30 September 2022 Prosecco Cycling together with TD Five Boro Bike Tour New York (32,000 Participants) and Cape Town Cycle Tour (35,000 Participants), united by the objective of Sustainable Development and attentive to the Protection of Environmental Resources, signed an important Memorandum on Environmental Sustainability. Guidelines for the promotion and development of Environmental Sustainability, included in the Memorandum, provide for the implementation of good energy saving practices, office and warehouse management, transport, logistics, choice of suppliers, equipment and materials; to the implementation and improvement of digital functions as a contribution to reduction or elimination of printed paper.
They also undertake to promote, with the support of Public Administrations, the use of bikes as a sustainable means of transport and to identify measures to support the organisation of sports events and cycle paths towards the protection of the environment and sustainability. Moreover, in the relationship with partners and suppliers, Companies having undertaken · or willing to · a path towards full environmental sustainability are privileged. Awareness, level of responsibility and participation of Cyclists in environmental issues will also be raised.
